All pick ups are from 9.00am to 4:00pm. Any special requirements needs to be cleared by management.
Our trading hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Once artwork is approved by the customer. Redcube Media is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of any information.
Print colour may vary from your proof, monitor and even from previous prints. If an exact match is required, please supply Redcube Media with previously printed product. We shall endeavor to match this sample, but you should take your own steps to ensure the artwork supplied to us is correct.
Redcube Media accepts no responsibility for colour variation. Electronic copies supplied by the client are not used for colour reference or matching.
Turnaround is 4-6 working days after receiving your files. If the customer has a particular time frame for their product give us a call and we will attempt to meet it. Any estimate of delivery date for your order is made from the information available to us at the time.
Circumstances beyond our control may change this date.
Redcube will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed.
Please note that there can be trimming variance of plus or minus one millimeter.
Whilst all care is taken in checking your proofs for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Redcube accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.
Additional artwork fee will apply if you want us to correct any artwork.
No claims accepted after 24 hours and Redcube Media must be advised within that time in writing.
Redcube Media does not issue refunds on change of mind purchases, as costs may have been incurred to Redcube Media.
